Meet Nya. She is a 5 month old black/rust female with cropped ears and a docked tail. Nya was hit by a car and her front leg was injured so badly that it has been amputated. We will be working with Nya for the next couple of weeks to help her adjust to living with three legs. We will post periodic updates on her progress.
5/5/05 - Nya is doing great. Her foster mother says she is the typical Doberman puppy, chewing everything in site. She is a beautiful girl who will be able to do just about anything a 4 legged Doberman can do. We would prefer a home without small children just because they might not understand she can't be crawled on or hung on. Her foster mother is working on her housebreaking and crate training.
