Hi, my name is Patrick and I am a handsome blue Dobie boy. I was found roaming the backwoods of Kentucky. A nice lady in Tennessee from Doberman Assistance Network rescued me and drove me several hours to Illinois to get me to a rescue group.
My foster mom says I must have lived in a house with a family before because I have good house manners. I don't know any commands, but I can usually tell by your tone of voice what you want me to do. Right now I live with a ginormous male Doberman (he's so tall compared to me, I can practically walk right under him), and a little Chihuahua. We're all good friends. I really enjoy prancing around with something in my mouth all the time - toys, bones, balls, your shoes, you name it. Since I don't really know yet what's mine and what's yours, you have to keep your stuff put away.
When I've finally worn myself out after a day of playing, I enjoy cuddling up on the couch with my head in your lap. Or, if you prefer I stay off your furniture, I'm happy to cuddle on a doggie bed at your feet.
I am housebroken and crate trained. I like sleeping with a teddy bear. I am a pretty young Doberman and I still have lots of energy. A fenced yard is required.
