Hi, my name is Marshall and I was born with a genetic defect. I am missing a cervical vertebra and the vertebra on one side of my neck is fused to my skull. There is no surgery to correct my problem and I don't have to take any medication. My head is just always tilted a little to one side. It makes me look like I'm really curious. For now, I'm not in any pain, but the specialist has no idea how this condition will affect me later in life. I could be symptom-free, end up with mild arthritis or could have serious cervical instability with symptoms like a Wobbler's dog. We just don't know.
I am a very loveable little boy and deserve a fantastic family who will be emotionally and financially able to care for me if I have problems down the road.
I get along very well with dogs, cats, people and kids. I am highly active. I am almost housebroken; you have to keep me on a schedule. Please don't let my crooked neck bother you - I promise to always make you smile.
