Hi, I am Taz, and I am ready for furr-ever home. I've been with my foster family since September and foster mom has broken me of most of my bad habits. I will tell you the good the bad and the ugly about me and hopefully that will help me fine the home that is right for me.

The Good: I am a cuddlebug. I love nothing more then getting attention from you. I love snugggling with you, getting belly rubs and will nudge you if you stop petting me. I am housebroken and crate trained, but I am responsible enough to be left out of my crate if you aren't home. I don't chew furniture or eat your shoes. I come when called, I know basic commands and if you tell me not to do something I obey immediately. I live with a Dobie brother, Chihuahua sister and a cat. There are responsible teenagers here and I respect them as well. There are also elementary school kids who visit me on a regular basis and I love them too.

The Bad: Even though I live with a cat, I sometimes chase her for my own amusement. This behavior was worse when I first got here and I've learned that she is not my toy. I am a little persnickety when meeting new dogs, especially if we are on leashes. I like to bark, and announce to the world that another dog is there. Sometimes I pull on my leash and growl a lttle, but I"m learning that this is a no-no. So, I'm hit or miss when it comes to other dogs. I do love rompling with my Dobie brother and letting my Chihuahua sister snooze on my back, so I'm far from what you would call aggressive.

The Ugly: I snapped at a kid once, I know, I know-I got the bad dog speech. In my defense, it was after a cross county journey cramped in a car with humans and another dog. A bunch of obnoxious kids swarmed me while I was on my back in a confined space. I growled and snapped. My owner left me at animal control, but the AC officer let my original rescue group spring me since I didn't do any damage. But I have never done anything like that since I have been back.

So there you have it - the good the bad and the ugle. My foster mommy calls me perfect and someone else will surely find me perfect for them too.
